This includes our clients having direct dial access to their account manager and support engineers (including mobile phone numbers), remote and on site system maintenance, a range of free printed and downloadable materials (many of which are contained within the download section of this website), and regular client newsletters keeping you up to speed with the latest trends and information relating to the installation, use, and legislation surrounding CCTV and access control equipment.

Warranty and After Sales Support
Warranty
All CDA Digistore systems are accompanied by a full 12 months parts and labour warranty. In the unlikely event that a problem should occur with either our equipment or our CCTV installation, CDA Solutions will replace and or rectify the problem to ensure the highest level of security is maintained at your site. For continued peace of mind, customers are encouraged to extend this warranty at a realistically priced fixed annual rate.

After Sales Support
CDA Solutions have an experienced telephone support team, who are on hand to address your needs and potential system issues. In many cases, issues can be addressed over the phone or remotely, if a site visit is required, they will coordinate the repair of your security solution and arrange for one of our maintenance team to visit at a suitable time.
Full site support contracts are also available which, in addition to telephone support, provide planned maintenance site visits and free software upgrades.
